Frequently asked Questions

  • Cashiers Live concerts are held at The Village Green Commons located at 160 Frank Allen Rd, Cashiers, NC 28717

  • Gates open at 6 PM and the show begins at 7 PM. Please note: the venue will not be open until 6pm sharp on the day of each concert.

  • Tickets will arrive in your email inbox the week of the concert. Check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received them. Reach out to info@cashierslive.com if you have any questions.

  • Cashiers Live concerts are rain or shine.

  • We encourage you to bring your lawn chairs, blankets in General Admission. Chairs are provided for VIP Ticket holders in the reserved section.

  • We encourage General Admission to bring your own coolers along with snacks, apps, or dinner as food and beverages not provided by the venue.

    For VIP ticket holders, the reserved section includes an open bar serving beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Yes! You can make all upgrades at the main General Admission gate.
